As part of recent developments, Fanshawe Community Hall is no longer being managed by the Fanshawe Community Association. The council is now inviting applications from interested parties to take on the lease and continue the hall’s legacy as a valued community asset.

Local organisations and existing user groups with a strong understanding of the space are encouraged to apply. Proposals exploring a partnership or consortium approach are also welcome. Full details of the application process are available via the Fanshawe Community Asset Transfer portal here. 

The official application window for the lease and asset management transfer will close at midnight on 5th September 2025.
