Report filthy premises
Filthy and pest-ridden premises are properties that have rats, mice, insects or parasites in them, or they are in such a filthy condition as to be harmful to public health
Such properties are sometimes caused by a person who is hoarding materials. An accumulation of waste or materials by hoarding can make access to premises difficult and may present a health, physical or fire risk to the occupants or adjoining premises.

The best way to contact us and report this problem is to use our online form.
Check the progress of an existing report

We cannot provide you with a status update or escalate your issue without your reference number unless you have made this report via My B&D.
