Order a new or replacement bin
Delivery and replacement of wheelie bins are taking longer than expected. We apologise for the delay and are working hard to deliver outstanding requests.
There is a £25 charge to replace a lost, stolen, or damaged domestic wheeled bin. There is no charge for the removal of a damaged or unwanted domestic, green garden waste bin or recycling bins.
Please note the domestic waste wheeled bins are now 140 litres, we no longer provide the larger 240 litre wheeled domestic bins. Our wheeled recycle waste bins are 240 litres and are provided at no cost.
Payment is required in advance of the delivery of bins. Debit and Credit card payments will be the quickest way of receiving your bin. If this is not possible you can pay by cheque but may incur a longer waiting time for delivery. A receipt will be provided for every payment. There are no concessions for residents who are elderly or receipt of benefits.
We aim to deliver your wheeled domestic bin within 10 working days once payment has been received and processed.
Households will only have one grey domestic bin and one brown recycling bin collected at any one time.
For a green bin, you need to sign up for green garden waste collections which is a paid-for service.
