Proof you live in the borough

Residents from boroughs covered by East London Waste Authority (Barking & Dagenham, Havering, Newham and Redbridge) will need to show proof of address to use the centres.

Disposal of restricted household waste requires authorisation from your own borough and you must use a site within your own borough.
