The freeholder's insurance specialists Harris Balcombe have contacted all homeowners with information relating to loss of rent for buy to let landlords, and alternative accommodation for those that owned and occupied their flats.

As mentioned in a previous update, only a small amount of owners have responded to Harris Balcombe, so all leaseholders are strongly encouraged to make contact with Harris Balcombe if/as necessary, you can also email sdsupport@bmuk.ltd and we will make sure that they receive your communication and reply back to you accordingly.
