Why are we redesigning?

We're working on a new website that is simpler, faster and easier to use.

The redesign is based on feedback from our users, changes in technology and a desire to make it easier for everyone to find what they need.

We want the new experience to:

• be easier to navigate
• work better on mobile devices
• make important information easier to find
• be more accessible for all users
• save you time

What does taking part involve?

Different activities take different amounts of time.

You might be asked to:

• try out a new page or feature
• share your thoughts on a design
• answer a few questions about your experience

We'll always tell you how long an activity should take before you start.

Any information you share will only be used for research and website improvement purposes.

We'll explain how your feedback is used within each survey or user test, and we'll handle your information in line with our privacy policies.
