Your health and wellbeing may be impacted by living in an environment of domestic abuse.

Our independent domestic and sexual abuse service, run by Refuge, supports victims of domestic and sexual abuse.  The service will support all and any victim of domestic abuse, including men. They can be contacted on freephone 0300 456 0174 Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm for free confidential support and advice. Outside these hours please contact the Refuge National Domestic Helpline which is open 24 hours, 7 days-a-week on freephone 0808 2000 247.

You can also speak to your GP or other professionals, such as Health Visitors, Midwives, or your housing officer if you are worried about domestic abuse.  They can refer you quickly and safely to our local support service.
