The Health Hub @ Parsloes
The Health Hub based in Parsloes is a one stop shop providing information, advice, and support to improve the health and wellbeing of our local community.
The Hub has been designed to provide targeted services based on the needs of the Parsloes area.

The Healthy Lifestyles Team offer a range of services to help you to lead a healthier lifestyles, including weight management programmes, ideas on how to get more active and support to stop smoking.

The Adult College are passionate about lifelong learning and community engagement.
Barking and Dagenham Adult College and Employment teams strongly believe that everyone deserves a second chance so that no one is left behind whatever their life situation.
