Renting council owned commercial property
Vacant council owned commercial properties are marketed by Dobbin & Sullivan and Hilbery Chaplin on behalf of the council. A successful applicant for any of the marketed properties will be expected to pay the council’s legal fees for dealing with the new letting. This is in addition to rent, business rates and any other outgoings associated with the property once let.
