Islamophobia Awareness Month

Islamophobia Awareness Month runs throughout November and highlights the impact of anti-Muslim hate and promotes understanding and inclusion.

This year's theme - #FlipTheScript

This year’s theme for Islamophobia Awareness Month is “Flip the Script,” which focuses on challenging harmful stereotypes and reframing how Muslim communities are portrayed in the UK. The campaign highlights authentic Muslim voices, celebrates positive contributions, and encourages people to rethink biased narratives. We will also be linking this in with Interfaith Week.

If you have been a victim of Islamophobia or anti-Muslim hate, please visit the British Muslim Trust website for confidential support and safe reporting provision.

Please see what we have planned below for the month!
