Petitions can be submitted to us in two formats:

• on paper, either hand delivered or posted to the Customer Feedback Team,  Barking Town Hall, Town Hall Square, 1 Clockhouse Avenue, Barking, IG11 7LU
• using an external online petitioning facility, such as change.org website. Once the petition is closed, send the link to the petition to email Complaints@lbbd.gov.uk
