This women’s empowerment event brings together uplifting music, creative expression and peer support to celebrate the strength, resilience and experiences of women. 

The session begins by setting a safe and supportive space, followed by activities exploring inspiring female role models and what healthy relationships look like. 

• Participants will also take part in a creative art activity focused on expressing what womanhood means to them.
• The event includes refreshments and a powerful talk from a guest speaker from VIA’s Redbridge adult service, who will share her personal journey through recovery and empowerment.
• The afternoon closes with feedback, reflection and empowering music to end on a positive note.
