As part of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham’s 16 days of activism to End violence against all women and girls" we are hosting free Self Defence Classes to our residents at multiple locations around the borough.

Come and learn essential self-defence techniques and strategies to help you feel more confident and safe in any situation. Our experienced instructors will guide you through practical skills that can be used in real-life scenarios.
