Manage your account online with My B&D
E-billing and E-letters provide a faster, more efficient and convenient way to receive correspondence issued by our Council Tax and Benefit Team.
You can view your Council Tax bills and Benefit notification letters directly via your My B&D account if you have opted in for paperless notifications.
When a new letter has been generated, you will be notified by email, instructing you to log into your My B&D account to view it.
Please note that once you have signed up, you will cease to receive postal letters unless you chose to opt out of online billing and paperless at a later date.
