Direct debits not taken
We are aware of an issue regarding direct debits not being taken on Friday 22 May. These will now be collected on Wednesday 27 May. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.
Get help with your My B&D account
If you want to use our online services, you need to register and create an account, known as My B&D.
To create an account go to ‘Sign up now’ on the login screen. Provide your email address and click the ‘Send verification code’ button. Once you have received your code via your email address, enter the code and then provide your name and create a password. Click ‘Create’ once your details have been entered.
