Dispensations and waiver permits allow you to park in resident or shared use (unmarked) bays for specific circumstances such as domestic removals, weddings or building works.

You can apply for waivers or dispensations for one day or one week. Your application will need to be approved by the parking enforcement team and will be reviewed within one working day.

Prices

Daily waiver/dispensation permits are from £39.20 to £66.50 ( depending on the vehicle's Co2 emissions ) plus £1.10 diesel surcharge where applicable. 

Weekly waiver/dispensation permits are from £130.80 to £185.40 ( depending on the vehicle's Co2 emissions ) plus £2.10 diesel surcharge where applicable.

This charge is payable by credit or debit card on application.

Funeral Parking Waiver

If the deceased lived in the borough, the funeral director or the person dealing with the arrangement can apply for parking waivers for attending mourners.
