You can help us keep our streets clean by reporting damaged, full or overflowing public litter bins.
Busy areas, such as town centres and retail areas receive a daily cleaning and litter picking service whereas less busy areas are inspected and cleaned weekly or monthly.
All hazardous waste is picked up within 1 working day.

Use the reference number found on your confirmation email to check the status of your report.
We cannot provide you with a status update or escalate your issue without your reference number unless you have made this report via My B&D.
