Upcoming System Upgrade

Due to essential maintenance, our contact centre will operate with limited services on Wednesday 14 May and Thursday 15 May.

This will impact Rent, Council Tax, Housing Benefit, Housing, and Housing Repairs customers.

Normal service will resume on Friday 16 May.

Rent

Our contact centre will be unable to take any Rent calls on Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 May. 

Rent customers can pay online or use our automated telephone payment system on 0208 227 2050 (Please ensure you have your rent account number and your debit or credit card ready).

Reside customers can also pay their rent online

Our online My B&D system will not be working for Rent customers. 

Council Tax

Our contact centre will be unable to take any Council Tax calls on Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 May. 

However, Ava, our Council Tax voicebot will be on and can take details of your Council Tax enquiry which will be responded to by our team within 3 working days.

Also, our online My B&D system will be working for Council Tax customers.

Council Tax customers can pay online or use our automated telephone payment system on 0208 227 2050.

Housing Benefit

Our contact centre will be unable to take any Housing Benefits calls on Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 May.

Housing Repairs

Our contact centre will be able to take Emergency calls only. 

We will not be able to raise any non-emergency repairs or chase existing repairs. 

For emergency repairs we will be unable to ask all our usual Data Protection questions so can only raise emergency repairs reported by the main tenant. If you are not the main tenant and need to report an emergency repair, please ask the main tenant to contact us. 

For non-emergency repairs these can be raised by customers on our self service portal.

Reside customers can report non-emergency repairs using our webform.
