Barking and Dagenham One Panel
The Barking and Dagenham ‘One Panel’, launched in February 2024, provides a forum to bring together referrals for cases to be considered for review.

These include Safeguarding Adult Reviews (SARs), Domestic Homicide Reviews (DHRs) and Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews (CSPRs). The Panel will also undertake the important role of monitoring recommendations of completed reviews and ensuring that learning is shared across Barking and Dagenham.
