You require a public exhibition of animals licence if you keep or train animals for exhibition for entertainment or educational purposes.
This includes mobile animal exhibits that visit schools, weddings, private parties, fairs and other events where an audience is present
In the licence application you will be required to make a declaration that you have read and are familiar with the requirements of the Guidance notes for conditions for keeping or training animals for exhibition.
