How long does the licence last?        

All licences run from 01 July to 30 June every year. If you apply half/part way through the year, you will still pay the full amount

Where can I place my mobile vehicle to trade?

We are not able to provide locations within the borough but if you send us pictures of the location you would like to trade we will consider it and let you know.

When can I reapply for my licence?        

We recommend that you reapply for your licence at least a month before it is due to expire. 

How much does the license cost?        

Our fees and charges are based on our website. Our fees are based on the square meterage of the shop frontage of where you want to trade. 

Is the license transferable?        

No if the license holder needs to change then a new application will need to be applied for. 

Is the license fee refundable?        

No the license fee is non-refundable. 

What documents are required?        

We require the following documents:

• A complete application form
• Waste Transfer Notes
• Photo ID
• Proof of address (letter form)
• Public liability Insurance

What goods can I display?        

You can only display commodities that are sold in your shop and stated on the license.
