Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Licences granted are subject to conditions which are designed to protect public health and safety and to prevent nuisance and obstruction.

You will need to provide the following with your application:

• proof of valid public liability insurance with minimum liability cover of at least £2,000,000 (two million pounds)
• a digital photograph of any person named on the application form (individual applicant, designated manager or assistant)
• a copy of photo id and/or proof of the right to work in the UK for any person named on the application form (individual applicant, designated manager or assistant)
• proof of home address for any person named on the application form
