Carers of Barking and Dagenham
Carers of Barking and Dagenham is a registered charity limited by guarantee. We have been established for over 30 years working with Carers and their families in the Barking & Dagenham area as well as Carers in Havering and Young Carers in Thurrock.
Carers of Barking and Dagenham aims to assist carers to be able to have an improved quality of life by offering services and support to enable them to access services more easily through active participation in the joint planning and monitoring of community carer and service development.
The organisation meets its aims by providing information, support, informal advocacy, and training to those caring for an adult or child who is ill, suffering from a mental illness or has a disability.
