Planned Works
We are currently undertaking a stock condition survey of properties across the Borough to enable us to proactively plan required investment works to your home
Surveys are being undertaken by Pennington Choices over a rolling 4-year programme commencing November 2024 Pennington Choices will contact you directly to schedule in the required survey of your home and to confirm what you need to do.
Surveys will include internal, communal, and external areas and we will also collect energy performance data to gain a greater level of understanding of the level of investment required to inform future investment programmes for planned works.
The results from these surveys will be published here shortly.
