Getting involved

We want tenants to have the opportunity to influence the way services are designed and delivered

We are reviewing our tenant engagement offer and working to create a new approach that lets tenants have their say on the services provided on their estates.  The Council is currently working with TPAS Tenant Engagement experts to support us review our tenant engagement strategy.  This includes speaking to residents about how they want to work with us to influence services.  This work will be concluded in early 2025 and our new Tenant Engagement Strategy will be published here.

If you are interested in being involved and having your say, please email tenantengagement@lbbd.gov.uk
