Disabled badge holder's permit
You can apply for a virtual disabled badge holder's permit if you hold a Blue Badge and live in a Controlled Parking Zone for a non-refundable fee of £15.00.
Disabled badge holder's permit will be linked to your Blue Badge and your nominated vehicle and will only be valid for parking in the Controlled Parking Zone you live in.
You will need to upload a copy of your Blue Badge (front and back) and proof of the vehicle (log book / hire document showing your address) you wish to link the badge as part of the application.
