Information about our portage and inclusion education service
Portage pathways
If your child is eligible to receive Portage home visits they will be allocated to one of three pathways:
- Core Portage
- Portage Plus
- Portage Monitoring
Portage groups
Children who are receiving Core Portage, Portage Plus or Portage Monitoring are invited to attend Portage family groups. There are a range of different groups, some are drop-ins and others are by invitation.
