Disability benefits
Translate this page and the rest of the website
Disability benefits are government payments to help people with disabilities or long-term health conditions with the extra costs they may face.
The most common benefits are:
- Attendance Allowance, for older people of state pension age.
- Personal Independence Payments
If you provide unpaid care for a friend or family member who due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction cannot cope without your support, you may qualify for Carer Allowance or other carer benefits.
