Dealing with Anti-Social Behaviour depends on the type of home you live in

If someone is doing something that is considered Anti-Social Behaviour, there are many different organisations that can help you, depending on your situation:

  • If you rent your home from a Housing Association, you should tell them about the problem.
  • If you rent your home from the council, you can tell them about the problem by logging your details on this website.
  • If you live in a house where there are many people renting rooms (called a House in Multiple Occupation), you should tell your landlord or the person who manages the house.
  • If you rent your home from a private landlord, you should tell them about the problem.
  • If you own your own home, you might need to talk to a solicitor or the Citizen’s Advice Bureau to get advice on what you can do.

There are many different people who can help you, so don't be afraid to ask for help.
