What we can investigate
Anti-Social Behaviour can mean different things to different people, and it might or might not involve breaking the law.
The following types of behaviour are Anti-Social:
- Hate crimes or hate incidents
- When someone uses violence or threatens to use violence
- When someone is repeatedly verbally abusive
- When someone harasses another person
- When someone damages property
- When someone is abusive to someone they live with (called Domestic Abuse)
These behaviours are not acceptable, and it's important to report them so that the council can help you.
