How to pay your service charge

There are many way to pay your service charge.  Please see the options below.

Direct debit 

Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay and you never have to remember to pay once your direct debit is set up.  Please complete our online direct debit form and return to us.

Standing order

Payments can be made by bank transfer and standing order. You will need your 14-digit reference number and our below bank details:

Debit/credit card

You can make payments over the internet, to do this you will need to visit our website and then click on 'service charge' to make your payment. You will need to have your card and 14-digit reference number to hand when using this service.

Over the phone

You can make payments using your debit/credit card by calling telephone 020 8227 2050 and using 'option 3 for rent and service charges'. You will need to have your card and 14-digit reference number to hand when using this service.

Internet banking

You can pay your service charges via internet banking, with your 14-digit reference number, using the below details:

Payzone and Paypoint

You can make payment at outlets which display Paypoint and Payzone logos. You will need to contact us to request a barcoded letter if you want to pay.

How to view your service charge account online

To view your service charge account online please follow the instructions below.

  1. To register, go to My B&D and click on 'sign up now'.  You will only need an email address to register.
  2. A verification email will be sent to you which allows you to create a password. Once you have completed the sign-up process and signed in you will see an option to 'add a rent account'.
  3. Enter your service charge account reference number along with your date of birth and surname – this will link your service charge account for your property.

If you have already registered online for other services, you will just need to follow the process for add a rent account to link the service charge statements.
