Local Authorities were given the opportunity in December 2024 to submit they're most innovative and impactful practice. With the support of Naz and colleagues of the Sunrise Hub, LBBD submitted an application setting out the partnership with the Sunrise Hub, including the amazing work of our Practice Leads.
We are delighted to announce that we received a letter of recognition for our submission, acknowledging the hard work and dedication of our services and practitioners, evidencing strong evidence of the positive impact this has for our young people, with high take up of referrals for intervention and noted a real clarity of partnership working as a partnership offer.
There were 112 submissions and recently were informed that we made the top 20 submissions and invited to attend the Practice Spotlight Marketplace at the London Children’s Services Summit where the CSA Lead and Social Care Liaison Officer will shine a spotlight on all the hard work that the partnership between LBBD social care and Sunrise hub have achieved to date.
