Cancel your permit
Log into your Permitsmarti account, select the permit you would like to cancel or edit (where permissible) and process the request.
There is a £30 admin fee (apart from residential permits) for cancelling a permit which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If you cancel online your permit will become inactive at the end of the day after which the vehicle will no longer be covered to park.

What you need to do when you change your vehicle?
You have to email parking.permits@lbbd.gov.uk to cancel the old permit and apply for a new permit
You will need to provide new proof documents.
Temporary vehicle change
If you have courtesy or hire vehicle and you need a temporary permit for this vehicle then you can get a temporary permit or use visitor parking permits.
