We’re currently running a pilot scheme, which will see you able to book a standard collection of up to 4 items for FREE.

We have been able to remove the £35 fee due to the Fair Funding Settlement.

Please read the information below before you place your order. It tells you what we can and can't collect, and how to get your items ready for collection.

Once you place an order, you can't add anything to it or get a refund, so make sure you include everything you need to get rid of and that all the information is correct.

Please also keep in mind that if you can't choose a date to pick up your order, it may be because all the slots have already been filled. If this happens, please try to fill out the form again later.
