Rent direct debit payment issue

We are aware that rent direct debits due to be collected on 22 May 2026 failed to collect, our bank has advised these will now be debited from your bank account on 28 May 2026. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

Council Tax direct debit payment issues

We are aware that some Council Tax direct debit payments have been taken twice. Any duplicate payments will be refunded directly as a matter of urgency. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.
