That would depend on which permit you purchase. A residents permit is annual, visitor permits can either be four hours or all day.

Yes, you can either apply for a visitor permit or a waiver.
No. You would need to purchase a Dropped Kerb Waiver.

No. Permits are not transferable as they are issued on CO2 emissions.

They are virtual so providing all proofs have been provided and the waiver paid for, they are instantaneous.
You will need to cancel your existing permit and apply for a new permit.

Not all permits are issued instantly, residential permits are instantaneous if you upload all documents and make the correct payment, but with other permit types it can take up to 72 hours for a review to be carried out and the permit offered or declined.
