You will need your PCN reference number and vehicle registration number.

When making your payment online, make sure that you only press the payment button once and do not refresh your browser while the payment is processing.

If your PCN reference does not start with the letters BU or BZ, it wasn’t issued by us, and you will need to contact the correct authority to submit a challenge or to make a payment.
