Photographs or closed circuit television (CCTV) footage might be available for your case, but there is no legal requirement to have photographs related to your case.
You can look at photographs taken by the Civil Enforcement Officer (CEO) or CCTV before you decide if you want to pay or challenge the PCN.
If you’re unable to view the information or CCTV footage online you can report this through our PCN enquiry form.
