If you disagree with a Council Tax decision, you can make an appeal online by choosing the option “General Enquiry – I would like to make an appeal”.
Please note that we have two months to provide you with our final decision, during which time you must continue to pay your Council Tax. If your appeal is successful, you will be entitled to a refund of any overpaid Council Tax.
If your appeal is unsuccessful and you still disagree, you can have a further appeal to the Valuation Tribunal.
