The Authority Monitoring Report (AMR, previously referred to as the Annual Monitoring Report) shows:

• how the borough’s planning policies have been implemented for the previous financial year
• how the council’s planning documents are progressing

The Localism Act 2011 requires Planning Authorities to produce monitoring reports at least annually.
